VIP is an adjective, and adjectives are hard to check. So this is what a VIP transfer includes when we run it — in numbers, not adjectives.
When you choose a transport supplier, ask for the number, not the adjective. How many minutes early does the driver arrive? If the answer isn’t a figure, ask something else.
A week before: the schedule, and one car that isn’t assigned
The plan is built a week ahead, not on the morning of. On busy days one car stays without a route allocated. That is not slack; it is the only reason a change at four in the afternoon doesn’t become the client’s problem.
For an event, the schedule goes to the organiser twelve hours in advance, with the driver’s name and phone number next to each transfer. Not so they call. So they don’t have to.
On the day: one time, not a calculation
A client told us one thing: meeting at eleven, in Sibiu, Tuesday. We worked backwards. Four and a half hours of driving. Ten minutes for a stop, because four and a half hours without one are four and a half bad hours. Twenty minutes of margin for the Olt Valley, which narrows to a single lane in the rain. Fifteen minutes for him to reach the room, not the car park.
We gave him one time: 05:45. We didn’t explain the arithmetic; he wasn’t interested, and rightly so. He arrived at 10:40 and walked into the room at 10:52. That is what an intercity transfer from Bucharest is for.
When it changes, and it does change
Changes come through WhatsApp, directly, at no extra charge, subject to the cars we have free. No form, no email, no forty-eight-hour confirmation window.
That is only possible because of the unassigned car. Flexibility isn’t an attitude. It’s spare capacity someone paid for in advance.
The parts you can verify
- Working since 2005, with a fleet of Mercedes E-Class, S-Class and V-Class, and minibuses for groups.
- Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence, ranked first of 249 in 2025, and in the two years before that.
- English-speaking drivers, and a signed confidentiality clause for corporate clients.
Everything else is best judged after the first VIP transfer in Romania, not before.
