S-Class or V-Class? The S-Class is the car people ask for by name. It is also the car we occasionally talk them out of, which is a strange way to run a business until you have had to watch a fourth suitcase go back out of a boot in front of the person who booked it.
Where it earns its price
Two passengers. An arrival that is part of the occasion — a signing, a delegation met at the airport, a guest who will be photographed getting out of the car. A long drive where the difference between a good seat and an ordinary one is felt in the last hour, not the first.

Where it is the wrong car

What happens inside
The radio is off unless you want it on. The first question the driver asks is not where we’re going — that is already known — it’s whether you mind if he puts music on. Water is in the holder. There are both USB-C and Lightning cables, because at one in the morning nobody wants to be told which one the car has.
Phone calls in the back seat stay in the back seat. For corporate clients that is a signed clause, not an assurance.
