- Dates, with flight numbers for anything arriving.
- How many passengers and how many bags. The second one decides the car.
- The shape of each day: one transfer, or a schedule with several stops.
- A phone number for the passenger, for the driver’s message on arrival.
Anything missing is a round of emails, and rounds of emails are what make transport the last thing booked.
Hourly hire or separate transfers
More than two stops in a day: chauffeur by the hour is cheaper, and the car waits instead of the passenger. Hotel to airport and nothing else: book the transfer, because paying by the hour for a single run is paying for time nobody uses.
